The Young Members Group will host a free online panel discussion to mark the 5th year of the CCA. The past 18 months have
seen unprecedented events across the globe and construction has been one of the worst affected sectors. With referrals on the
rise and business booming in construction dispute resolution, we must ask ourselves:
● Is this good for the construction industry?
● What’s different in Ireland?
● Is the intention of the Act being fulfilled?
Speakers: Dermot Durack, Fiona Egan, Martin Waldron BL, Mary-Liz O’Mahony, Dave McCarthy, Jarlath Kearney with opening
and closing remarks from CIArb Ireland Chair Billy Morrissey and special presentation by CCAS Chairman Mr. Bernard Gogarty.
