CBA Tech Talks 2017: “Contracting in Construction – Current Trends” by Niav O’Higgins, Parner – Arthur Cox

Members are reminded that Niav O’Higgins, Partner – Arthur Cox will deliver her paper on the topic of “Contracting in Construction – Current Trends” at 8:30 am, Wednesday 8th March 2017 (registration from 08:15 am) in The Sheds, The Law Library Distillery Building, 145 – 151 Church Street, Dublin 7.  Niav’s paper will address the following array of current issues in the practice of construction law and dispute resolution:
