“Collaboration & Partnering in Irish Construction Procurement: Challenges and Opportunities | Conference on Saturday 15 October 2016.” 

Partnering and collaboration in the construction industry are initiatives to improve procurement and project delivery through early design team engagement, contractor involvement in design and cooperative client relationships. This leads to opportunities for value engineering and cost savings, more efficient use of technologies, and a systematic approach to identification and management of risks.

This conference will bring together practitioners and decision-makers from the public and private sectors to consider opportunities and challenges for collaborative construction procurement in Ireland.
